To Brew (Loose leaf):
Boil fresh water to 90ºc. Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot.
Infusion time: 5 – 10 minutes. Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth and not bitter.

To Brew (Teabags):
Boil fresh water to 90ºc. Add 1 teabag per cup.
Infusion time: 5 – 10 minutes. Remove teabag and enjoy.
