We source our spring water from beautiful Bilambil, which is situated on Bundjalung country in Northern New South Wales. Formed many thousands of years ago, the Bilambil Spring is continuously replenished by a gradual filtration of rainfall over uninhabited and untouched volcanic rock formations deep underground.
The spring water is sourced from 60 metres below the surface through volcanic rock. It is pumped up into a stainless steel holding tank, and then filtered down to 0.1 micron prior to being transported to our factory.
Naturally occurring pure drinking water is a rare and precious commodity
Taking great care never to damage or deplete the spring, we source less than 0.1% of the total water that naturally flows to the ground surface to ensure the preservation of the spring. The spring water we collect is transported to our state-of-the-art bagging plant located in Brisbane, Australia. During this process, we ensure the water is never exposed to outside air. We also take great pride in running a completely sustainable operation, fuelled 90% by solar power. The filling process takes place in a clean room environment held to very high standards.
Once the spring water reaches our Bagging Plant it is then put through another 3 stages of filtration – 1.0 micron, 0.45 micron and the end result being 0.20 micron = Absolute, one of the finest filtration systems available.

Our bagging machine has the newest age technology available on the market where there is absolutely no human contact with the inner blue bag, meaning the spring water you receive is the purest it could ever be. No other bagging machines in Australia have this technology.
To guarantee the purest product, our water is also passed through UV Sterilisation & Silver-Ion Technology before being bagged. This will ensure your spring water will never go green when placed in sunlight or under fluorescent lights. Everything we use from our pumps to the end product is all stainless steel. We believe with the technology we have, our end product is one of the purest Spring Waters available.
The first time our Waddi Springs comes into contact with the open air is when you break the bag seal.
Waddi Springs also features an uncommonly high, naturally occurring alkaline pH level of 7.24
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
Waddi Springs is among the purest spring waters in the industry with a TDS level of just 100 parts per million (PPM). The TDS level is the amount of sodium, calcium, magnesium and other minerals within the water. With such low mineral levels, ice cubes made from Waddi Springs are crystal clear and leave no residue. Whereas other bottled waters will appear cloudy. TDS levels also affect the taste and balance of water. The ideal level is considered to be between 50 – 120 PPM. Further information on the Treatment of Our Spring Water
Waddi Springs has been found to be naturally free of impurities. In the interest of safety, the following extensive purification methods are employed to ensure you are drinking the purest water on the planet.
Source water passes through 5.0 micron, 1.0 micron and the end result being 0.02 micron = Absolute.
Ultra violet light destroys any microorganisms and provides an additional level of safety and quality.
Silver Ion Technology:
Elemental ions attack multiple targets in the microbe to prevent it from growing to a destructive population. This tri-modal action fights cell growth in three ways:
- Prevents respiration by inhibiting transport functions in the cell wall
- Inhibits cell division (reproduction)
- Disrupts cell metabolism
Depending on the microorganism, Silver Ion technology has been shown to initially reduce microbial populates ions within minutes to hours while maintaining optimal performance for years.
